Spiritual Therapy Across California

Your spirituality is welcome here

The spiritual part of you gets a
seat here, too

You're someone who cares about both the healing work and the spiritual work

You've done therapy, you've read your chart, you've done shadow work, and you know what your Enneagram type and human design are supposed to tell you about how you move through the world. Both sides have given you real things, and neither has quite reached where you live.

The last time you brought your spiritual practice into therapy, it landed with polite skepticism. The last time you brought your anxiety or your trauma into a spiritual space, you were handed a reframe that didn't hold. You've been carrying both in separate rooms ever since.

You’ve done the inner work, so why do you still feel stuck?

You've understood yourself from every angle you have access to and the patterns still repeat.
You've brought your spiritual life into therapy before and watched the room get quieter.
Some of the deepest work you've done has stirred up things that needed more steadying than you had around you.
You can feel your intuition and your nervous system keeps overriding it with older survival patterns.
You've spent years understanding yourself on paper and you still can't embody what you already know.

None of this means you have to choose

The spiritual work you've been doing is real. The steadying you've been looking for is real. You don't have to put either one away for the other to be honored.

When both finally start to feel
like one life

Imagine what it would be like to:

Bring all of yourself into one conversation, without having to translate any part of it.
Actually embody what you've been understanding intellectually for years.
Move through shadow work with someone trained to hold what gets stirred up.
Trust your intuition without the survival patterns pulling you back.
Come home to yourself, not as a concept, but in your actual body and your actual day.

You don't have to choose between being steadily supported and being spiritually seen. Both get to be part of the work.

A licensed psychologist who welcomes your spiritual side

I'm a licensed psychologist, trained in trauma work and body-based approaches, and the kind of therapy that actually changes how you live. I've also spent much of my own life studying the languages that live outside of the textbook: the Enneagram, human design, birth charts, somatic wisdom, the spiritual traditions.

Some of this work is more responsibly done with real training underneath it. Shadow work, ego death, the dark night of the soul. These aren't things your nervous system should be navigating alone, or with someone who isn't trained to hold what comes up when it does.

Frameworks we can work with

Alongside the therapy work, we can weave in the spiritual frameworks that are already meaningful to you:

Birth charts and astrology
Human design
Numerology
Tarot
Enneagram and MBTI
Shadow work
Somatic and body-based practices

If you work with a chart, we work with it

If human design is your language, we speak it. If you've been stuck on your Enneagram type, we get underneath it. These are tools for understanding and integration, not beliefs you have to share with me.

How spiritual therapy with me works

Sessions are 50 minutes, one-on-one, in person in Newport Beach and online from anywhere in California. The therapy is the foundation. The wider lens comes in where it's useful, not as a replacement for grounded therapy work.

Here's how the work tends to unfold:

1

We start with where you are.

What you're bringing in, what you've already been working with, and what you want this part of your life to actually feel like.

2

We build the steady ground first.

Your nervous system, your history, your patterns. That has to feel steady before we build anything else on top of it.

3

We weave in the frameworks that are already yours,

and use them in service of what you're actually trying to shift.

4

We move from understanding to embodiment.

Spiritual insight on its own doesn't reach the nervous system. Integration does.

5

We make room for the bigger questions as they come up.

Purpose, meaning, coming home to yourself, the version of you that's been asking to be lived.

6

You start living closer to what you've been sensing was true all along.

The therapy is evidence-based. The wider lens is something I've studied and lived with for a long time. Together, they let you do deeper work without leaving parts of yourself out of the room.
