The spiritual part of you gets a
seat here, too
You're someone who cares about both the healing work and the spiritual work
You've done therapy, you've read your chart, you've done shadow work, and you know what your Enneagram type and human design are supposed to tell you about how you move through the world. Both sides have given you real things, and neither has quite reached where you live.
The last time you brought your spiritual practice into therapy, it landed with polite skepticism. The last time you brought your anxiety or your trauma into a spiritual space, you were handed a reframe that didn't hold. You've been carrying both in separate rooms ever since.
You’ve done the inner work, so why do you still feel stuck?
None of this means you have to choose
The spiritual work you've been doing is real. The steadying you've been looking for is real. You don't have to put either one away for the other to be honored.
When both finally start to feel
like one life
Imagine what it would be like to:
You don't have to choose between being steadily supported and being spiritually seen. Both get to be part of the work.
A licensed psychologist who welcomes your spiritual side
I'm a licensed psychologist, trained in trauma work and body-based approaches, and the kind of therapy that actually changes how you live. I've also spent much of my own life studying the languages that live outside of the textbook: the Enneagram, human design, birth charts, somatic wisdom, the spiritual traditions.
Some of this work is more responsibly done with real training underneath it. Shadow work, ego death, the dark night of the soul. These aren't things your nervous system should be navigating alone, or with someone who isn't trained to hold what comes up when it does.
Frameworks we can work with
Alongside the therapy work, we can weave in the spiritual frameworks that are already meaningful to you:
If you work with a chart, we work with it
If human design is your language, we speak it. If you've been stuck on your Enneagram type, we get underneath it. These are tools for understanding and integration, not beliefs you have to share with me.
