Therapy is a commitment to yourself, your healing, your goals, your future. Below, you’ll find details about the financial side of our work together.
Session Rates
I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions and see if we’re a good fit.
Insurance and Reimbursement
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance companies directly. However, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services through their out-of-network benefits.
To support this process, I provide a monthly superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company.
How to Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits
To find out what your insurance might cover, you can call your insurance provider and ask these helpful questions:
Payment Options
I accept all major credit and debit cards, including HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards. Payment information is securely stored in my client portal before your first session.
Cancellation Policy
Things happen, and I aim to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or missed appointments are charged the full session fee.
